Kourtney Kardashian’s favorite food is waffles. She also loves Mastro’s Steakhouse. She also added “I’d have pretzel bread, cold crab legs, cream spinach, and for dessert she loves butter cake”. Tower burger, Cacio pepe pasta, Reese’s peanut butter sticks, and also taco bell is her favorite.

What is the Diet plan of Kourtney?

Kourtney shared her diet plan in one of her interview.  Since my grandmother made it, so without even understanding what it was, I’ve been eating it for years, claims Kardashian. Now I take one teaspoon of it in the morning. The first thing you do in the morning is melt it and drink it; after that, you are unable to eat or drink anything for 20 minutes. She consumes only plant-based foods the rest of the day to ensure that her body is well nourished.

Kortney once said that, I really believe that what you put into your body affects how you look, so I really pay attention to what I eat and what I feed my children, adds Kardashian. “I simply believe that it is crucial for a lifestyle. I do occasionally splurge, but for the most part, I always eat a certain manner and drink a lot of water.

“I consume a lot of fruits and veggies, along with green tea with Manuka honey. My diet is largely plant-based and I aim to avoid dairy and gluten. That characterizes my average day.

For Breakfast

She eats honey, seeds, oatmeal, and carb-rich meals. Sometimes she also eats avocado or banana smoothie with vegan protein powder,  vegan cinnamon toast, blueberry bagels with peanut butter or acia bowls for her breakfast. 

For lunch

Kourtney’s eat low carb lunch which includes boiled eggs, zoodles with tomato or olive oil with lots of veggies.  

For Dinner

She added veg tacos and vegan sushi for her dinner. She also eats some crispy rice along with avocado rolls at night.
