The actor has been working out with Maahek Nair, her diet and fitness instructor, for more than ten years. “Shraddha had always been a slim young lady. The passion she has for animals and the environment led Kapoor to become a vegetarian a few years ago (though she still consumes eggs). She either has Poha, Upma, Kakdi, Bhakri, Idli, Dosa, or Daliya to start her day. Mango is one of Kapoor’s favorite seasonal fruits to indulge in. “Shraddha is a huge foodie who loves ghar ka khana, especially dal, Chawal, and pickle,” says a friend of hers.

She fervently believes in the amazing effects of functional body exercise, specifically Pilates, which gives the muscles both suppleness and strength. Shraddha’s exercise regimen included a well-balanced combination of compound exercises and endurance training that included running sprints and TRX. The actress follows a standard program that includes cycling, cardio exercises, and 30–40 minutes on the treadmill.
