Kapoor rose to prominence with prominent roles in the dance drama ABCD 2 (2015), the romantic thriller Ek Villain (2014), and the action film Baaghi (2016). Her highest-grossing releases came with the comedic horror movie Stree (2018), the action thriller Saaho (2019), the comedic drama Chhichhore (2019), and the romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (2023), which followed a string of critically panned movies. You probably noticed Shraddha Kapoor’s toned bikini body and razor-sharp waistline if you watched the most recent rom-com Tu Joothi Main Makkaar. The actor has been working out with Maahek Nair, her diet and fitness instructor, for more than ten years. “Shraddha had always been a slim young lady. Over the years, we have worked to improve our balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance. The woman she is now is considerably more fit”. On Instagram, she has 82 million followers.

The passion she has for animals and the environment led Kapoor to become a vegetarian a few years ago (though she still consumes eggs). She either has Poha, Upma, Kakdi, Bhakri, Idli, Dosa, or Daliya to start her day. Mango is one of Kapoor’s favorite seasonal fruits to indulge in. “Shraddha is a huge foodie who loves ghar ka khana, especially dal, Chawal, and pickle,” says a friend of hers.

No matter how hectic or overloaded her schedule is, she never shirks her responsibility to get in a brief and regular workout. The actor works out three to five times per week for an hour. She fervently believes in the amazing effects of functional body exercise, specifically Pilates, which gives the muscles both suppleness and strength. Shraddha’s exercise regimen included a well-balanced combination of compound exercises and endurance training that included running sprints and TRX. The actress follows a standard program that includes cycling, cardio exercises, and 30–40 minutes on the treadmill.
