We all know Mahendra Singh Dhoni, an Indian Cricketer, born on 7th July 1981. He belongs to Ranchi, Jharkhand. He was the Captain of the Indian Cricket Team from the year 2007 to 2017. Dhoni’s favorite food is Butter Chicken. Cricketer Robin Uthappa disclosed Dhoni’s eating habits on a chat show. He even noted in the interview that Dhoni has some strange eating habits. Uthappa once said in an interview, that during the IPL, he got to know Dhoni a little better, and that is when he discovered that whenever Dhoni ordered butter chicken, he would just eat the gravy and not the chicken bits. He would also avoid rotis if he ate chicken chunks. For the uninformed, Dhoni adheres to a basic diet regimen and drinks ghar ka khana in moderation and at the appropriate time. According to sources, he avoids eating too much carbohydrates and fats.

Not only Butter Chicken but also loves to eat Hot Chocolate Fudge, Chicken Tikka Pizza. Everyone loves to eat pizza but M.S Dhoni likes it differently, he only likes his pizza if the pizza will be Chicken Tikka Pizza which indicates how much he loves Chicken.

He also likes Kheer, Kebabs, Gajar ka halwa, and Cow milk. His love for Milik is impulsive. He can drink it at any time.

What is the Diet plan of Dhoni?

Mahendra Singh Dhoni is very particular about his food and lifestyle. He follows his strict diet to stay fit and healthy. So let’s take a look at his diet plan and what he eats from morning to night.

For Breakfast

He likes porridge with fresh fruits, nuts, and a glass of milk for breakfast. He also likes parathas. 

For Lunch

he enjoys roti with dal or chicken, mixed veggies, rice, and a dish of curd for lunch.

Evening Snacks

He often enjoys a glass of fresh juice or a protein shake as a snack.

For Dinner

Finally, he enjoys roti, chicken, or veggie dishes with a bowl of salad for dinner. According to stories, he used to drink five liters of milk every day at one point in his life.
